Web hosting company Tripnet asked Skapa to create a website that embodied both experience and modernity; IT expertise, but also the strong sense of community among Tripnet’s personnel. Here’s how we tied it all together into a new, coherent, visually appealing website for Tripnet.
Challenge
Tripnet has several high profile clients, including government agencies and major international companies. Consequently, they wanted tripnet.se to embody the company’s responsibility and expertise, and do so in a personal, visually appealing manner. Their website had gotten old, and so they wanted Skapa to create one that was modern and better aligned with who they were. The new website should reflect the company’s vast knowledge, state-of-the-art IT solutions, and warm company culture.
Solution
A workshop was arranged, where Tripnet and Skapa discussed ideas, needs, and the factors that make Tripnet an attractive service provider and business partner. One of the company’s greatest strengths is its highly appreciated personnel. Excellent technology and server halls aside, the people are a key reason for Tripnet’s successful business operations over the decades.
The people of a company are usually one of its greatest assets. Even so, far too many websites only show imagery of products and processes, not the people behind them. At the end of the day, people want to do business with other people, so introducing your staff is much more than a friendly gesture. Showing your personnel or staff indicates that you wish to communicate with your market, and that you are customer-oriented and responsive.
Tripnet’s website reflects this very well, with plenty of photos and videos of the personnel working and interacting. Call-to-action buttons encourage visitors to contact the company with questions and business inquiries. The layout design is colorful and spacious, but never distracting from the content. WordPress and Beaver Builder were used to build the new website. They are highly useful for creating a new website to begin with, but also for updating and adding content later, which all websites inevitably require.
Result
The response from Tripnet was one of both pride and recognition. They found that the new website captured who they are as a company, and that it contributed to their pride in working at Tripnet. Visitor traffic increased significantly, leading to more business opportunities and better interaction with customers old and new.
Also, importantly, the new website made it much easier for Tripnet to continue to build and develop their online presence. Since the website was launched, Tripnet’s CEO and personnel have been able to easily change and add new content when necessary. Tripnet can keep the site relevant and up-to-date, so that it can continue to accurately reflect the company and develop along with it.
